# How to pause or reset hwid ?

1. Activate the key as described in the manual [How to launch the cheat?](/how-to-run-akebi.md) If you have already done it, and also follow the steps in this section [How to bind a key to a discord account ?](/issues/how-to-bind-a-key-to-a-discord-account.md)
2. Click <mark style="color:blue;">**`Licenses info`**</mark>

3. Click <mark style="color:blue;">**`Details`**</mark>

4. Paste our active key that we want to check.

5. We will see the full statistics of our key.

* To [reset Hwid](#user-content-fn-1)[^1], click on [<mark style="color:red;">**`Reset HWID(1)`**</mark>](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]
* To [pause the key](#user-content-fn-2)[^2], click on [<mark style="color:red;">**`Pause(2)`**</mark>](#user-content-fn-2)[^2]
* To refresh the visual statistics after resetting or pausing, click on <mark style="color:red;">**`Refresh(3)`**</mark>
* To exit, click on <mark style="color:red;">**`Back(4)`**</mark>

[^1]: You unbind the key binding from your old HWID (HWIDs are serial numbers of your hardware, windows, etc.)

[^2]: You can freeze the validity time of a subscription. If you freeze a subscription, no time will be spent on it.

    This means that you can renew your subscription at any time and continue to spend the remaining key time before the freeze.
